LINE is already the default communication tool for Thai trucking dispatch. A Mini App inside an existing Official Account chat gets a new subcontracted driver onboarded in seconds — no app store, no account creation.
Native apps earn their keep for power users
High-volume linehaul drivers benefit from reliable background GPS and push even with the screen off — something a browser-based Mini App can't fully match. Native stays the deeper option for those fleets.
